Portanto, voc\u00ea encontrar\u00e1 a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de chip e quais s\u00e3o os diferentes tipos de chips.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue-es-la-viruta\"><\/span> Qual \u00e9 o chip?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> O <strong>cavaco<\/strong> , tamb\u00e9m chamado de <strong>ferricha<\/strong> , \u00e9 um fragmento de material residual produzido durante determinadas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de usinagem. Ou seja, o cavaco \u00e9 um res\u00edduo produzido durante a retirada de material durante a usinagem de uma pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p> Normalmente, as aparas s\u00e3o feitas de madeira ou metal. Assim, o material removido fica na forma de cavacos. Como voc\u00ea pode ver na imagem abaixo, o cavaco se forma quando a ferramenta passa sobre a pe\u00e7a e retira material. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"647\" height=\"235\" src=\"https:\/\/physigeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/retrait-des-copeaux.png\" alt=\"remo\u00e7\u00e3o de cavacos\" class=\"wp-image-5528\" srcset=\"https:\/\/physigeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/retrait-des-copeaux-300x109.png 300w, https:\/\/physigeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/retrait-des-copeaux.png 647w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\"><\/figure>\n<p> Dependendo das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de corte, obt\u00e9m-se um ou outro tipo de cavaco, por isso para obter um bom acabamento superficial \u00e9 importante remover o cavaco corretamente.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tipos-de-viruta\"><\/span> Tipos de chips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> O chip pode ser classificado nos seguintes tipos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color:#4fd12f; font-weight: bold;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:14px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Chip cont\u00ednuo (ou chip ininterrupto)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:14px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Marcador curto (ou marcador descont\u00ednuo)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:14px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Chip segmentado<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:14px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Chip fragmentado<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:14px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>explos\u00e3o de p\u00f3lvora<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Cada tipo de chip \u00e9 explicado em detalhes abaixo.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Viruta-continua\"><\/span> Marcador cont\u00ednuo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p> <strong>Lascas cont\u00ednuas<\/strong> s\u00e3o longas tiras de material rasgado. Este tipo de cavaco geralmente produz um bom acabamento superficial.
