Verder wordt het belang van de waarde van de drukhoek bij de krachtoverbrenging in een mechanisme getoond. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue-es-el-angulo-de-presion\"><\/span> Wat is drukhoek?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> <strong>Drukhoek<\/strong> is de afwijkingshoek die optreedt wanneer de tanden van twee tandwielen met elkaar in contact komen.<\/p>\n<p> Nauwkeuriger gezegd is de drukhoek de hoek tussen de richting van de contactkracht tussen de twee tandwielen en de richting van de snelheid in het aangedreven tandwiel. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"379\" src=\"https:\/\/physigeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/angle-de-pression.png\" alt=\"Druk hoek\" class=\"wp-image-6547\" srcset=\"https:\/\/physigeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/angle-de-pression-300x227.png 300w, https:\/\/physigeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/angle-de-pression.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\"><\/figure>\n<p> Op soortgelijke wijze kan de drukhoek van twee tandwielen ook worden gedefinieerd als de hoek tussen de richting van de kracht die door het mechanisme wordt overgebracht en de tangenti\u00eble richting van de tand van het aangedreven tandwiel.<\/p>\n<p> De drukhoek wordt ook wel <strong>de schuintehoek<\/strong> genoemd. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valor-del-angulo-de-presion\"><\/span> Drukhoekwaarde<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> De <strong>standaardwaarde van de drukhoek<\/strong> tussen twee versnellingen ligt tussen 14,5\u00ba en 20\u00ba. Voorheen werden drukhoeken dichter bij 14,5\u00b0 gebruikt. Tegenwoordig worden tandwielen over het algemeen vervaardigd met een drukhoek van 20\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p> De waarde van de drukhoek be\u00efnvloedt de krachten die op een tandwiel inwerken, want hoe kleiner de drukhoek, hoe groter de kracht die op het tandwielsysteem wordt overgebracht. Aan de andere kant zijn tanden met lage drukhoeken zwakker. We willen dus dat de drukhoek klein is, zodat er zoveel mogelijk tangenti\u00eble kracht wordt overgedragen.<\/p>\n<p> Als de overbrengingshoek klein is, betekent dit bovendien dat de axiale kracht (of radiale kracht) die tussen de twee tandwielen optreedt, ook klein is, wat minder tandslijtage betekent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In dit artikel wordt uitgelegd wat de tandwieldrukhoek is.
