In de elektrotechniek wordt de sinusgolf bijvoorbeeld gebruikt om wisselstroom weer te geven. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Caracteristicas-de-una-onda-sinusoidal\"><\/span> Kenmerken van een sinusgolf<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> Nu we de definitie van een sinusgolf (of sinuso\u00efde) kennen, gaan we kijken wat de kenmerken van dit soort golven zijn.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> De <strong>oscillatieperiode van een sinusgolf<\/strong> is de tijd die verstrijkt tussen twee gelijkwaardige punten op de golf. Nauwkeuriger gezegd: de cosinusgolf is \u03c0\/2 radialen uit fase met de sinusgolf.<\/p>\n<p> Als een cosinusgolf dezelfde amplitude en pulsatie heeft als een sinusgolf, kan de cosinusvergelijking worden verkregen uit de sinusvergelijking.
