Dengan kata lain, titik-titik gelombang transversal bergerak secara transversal searah dengan arah rambat gelombang.<\/p>\n<p> Misalnya, seutas tali yang diikatkan pada salah satu ujungnya yang berosilasi merupakan gelombang transversal.
